    „Grilling can be a wonderful way to cook meat, giving it a delicious taste and a texture full of flavor. However, there are some health aspects you should consider when you’re about to light the grill. Here are some tips to enjoy a tasty and healthy meal:

    Choose lean meat Opt for lean meat, such as skinless chicken breast, turkey breast, or low-fat beef. These choices are healthier than fattier types of meat, such as pork ribs or fatty beef steak.

    Marinating is key Marinating not only adds delicious flavors, but it can also reduce the formation of toxic substances when cooking at high temperatures. Opt for marinades with healthy ingredients, such as fresh herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.

    Avoid fat in flames When the grill burns and fat drips onto the coals or flame, harmful chemicals called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are formed. To avoid this, try to cut off excess fat from your meat before putting it on the grill or use a drip tray to catch the dripping fat.

    Cook on medium heat Cooking on medium heat instead of high heat can reduce the risk of forming PAHs and can prevent burning the meat. Make sure the grill is well heated before starting and adjust the intensity of the fire as you cook,” representatives of InfoCons write on a social network.

    Prof. Dr. Vlad Ciurea: The brain does not like sausages

    Prof. Dr. Vlad Ciurea, present in the iThink show with Iusti Fudulu from Antena 3 CNN, explained what effect the consumption of sausages has on the body. „Everything good that the whole body needs comes from food, and everything bad starts with food.
